Payment
- All payment is handled through invoices via Paypal. DO NOT send money before I have accepted your commission request. Any money sent outside of an invoice will be treated as a tip and will not be refunded to you.
- I DO NOT accept any type of crypto currency, blockchain currency, digital game currency, or gift cards for digital currency as payment. Attempting to pay with crypto/blockchain currency will result in a blacklist.
- Clients are responsible for all conversion rates and fees if applicable.
- Commissions must be paid for in full before I begin working on them.
- Clients have 3 business days (Mon - Fri) to pay their invoices.
- Failure to pay invoices in full will result in cancelation of the commission and possible blacklisting from future requests.
- All sales are final and I do not issue full refunds once an invoice is paid and work has started. Please be responsible for your own budget. Partial refunds can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.Communication
- A valid contact email or method, such as Twitter DMs or Telegram, is required in order for me to keep in touch with clients while working on their commissions. I am not responsible for mail “lost” in your inbox.
- I will provide one (1) Work in Progress sketch per commission, per client as soon as I have one available. My commissions are mostly wing-its.
- Clients are allowed three (3) small revisions per commission. Full redraws of poses or clothing/armor will incur a fee.
- If clients do not respond to an email containing a WIP within 48 hours, I will assume there are no revisions needed and continue with your commission as is.
- Be familiar with my work before you commission me. I WILL take artistic liberties with your character and their design in order to have them fit within my style and aesthetic. If you are uncomfortable with this do not commission me.
- If you would like to remain anonymous when I post your commission, please let me know in your initial request message. Otherwise I will post your commission with the provided handle linked.Usage
- Personal use of commissioned work on sites such as Twitter, Tumblr, Twitch, Instagram, etc is allowed with proper credit in a bio or other visible area.
- Clients may crop, resize, add text to, and edit their commission image for use on social media or stream overlays.
- Clients MAY NOT redraw, paint over, or otherwise alter the actual drawing of a commission.
- Clients MAY NOT use commissioned artwork as a Vtuber/PNGtuber model without explicit permission from me.
- I retain all rights to the artwork and reserve the right to use any and all commissions in my portfolio or in personal advertising on social media sites.
- Commissioned work can NOT be used on merchandise or for-profit without my knowledge. Art for merch or other for-profit uses will incur an extra fee.
- If you would like full rights to your commission, you must contact me saying such and a fee will be discussed.
- Clients MAY NOT mint any part of their commissions into non fungible tokens (NFTs), nor may clients upload their commissions to machine learning sites (AI Art sites). This is non negotiable.
- Clients MAY NOT resell or auction their commissions for profit.
- Clients MAY add the amount they paid for their commission to the value of a character in the event they choose to sell that character.

Imgur or Stash gallery of references (3-10 images) that include pose references
You may submit a commission request here , directly through my email or through twitter DMs. I answer inquiry emails Mon-Fri before 6pm Central.I will contact you about your commission request once I receive it and will discuss any details with you. However, keep in mind that I reserve the right to decline requests for any reason and may not accept all requests.
